You represent and warrant that you
(a) have not previously been suspended by “Hop in Sightseeing” or otherwise banned from the site;

Product Validity, Modifications & Amendments
All products, tours, and services offered by “Hop in Sightseeing” are valid as per the dates displayed at www.hopin.gr. “Hop in Sightseeing” is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the “Hop in Sightseeing” Customer Care Team who will process the request.
“Hop in Sightseeing” does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking.
“Hop in Sightseeing” reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service or tour that you have booked at www.hopin.gr, at any time, for any reason.
In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

Non-Included
All personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.) cost including drinks, mineral waters, after-meal coffee and tea, tips, sightseeing, and services are other than those mentioned in our itineraries.
If in doubt whether something is included in the price of the tour, please inquire.
Payments & Cancellations
“Hop in Sightseeing” accepts all credit cards.
There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments.
Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as “Hop in Sightseeing”.
Canceling a booking with “Hop in Sightseeing” can result in cancellation fees being applied by “Hop in Sightseeing”, as outlined below.
When canceling any booking you will be notified via email, of the total cancellation fees.
Tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Below are the general Cancellation rules
- No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package tour, island package, accommodation, meals, or any other services utilized
- All discounted prices are non-refundable
- Cancellation more than 20 Days Before the departure date of the cruise/service booked: Full refund
- Cancellation 19 – 4 Days Before the departure date of the cruise/service booked: 50% refund
- Cancellation 0 – 3 Days Before the departure date of the cruise/service booked: No refund
- Alteration of departure date within 48 Hours Before the original departure date of the Tour / Cruise Service Fee of 30.00 Euro Per Person will apply
- Some special cancellation policies shows always before the payment procedure and also on the booking confirmation e-mails
- If you have an existing booking, you can verify the applicable cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket.
- Payments after our special agreement or using a special price because of a coupon code do not follow the above cancellation policies and are NON-REFUNDABLE
“Hop in Sightseeing” reserves the right to cancel any cruise/tour/service at any time under the condition that fares paid will be returned to passengers that have paid said fares. In case of cancellation (cruise/tour service never starts) due to Extreme Weather Conditions, the Full amount of Fairs shall be returned to all passengers that have paid said fares.
In such a case, every effort will be made to assist the passenger with alternative arrangements.
The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transactions, currency exchanges, or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on www.hopin.gr and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.
Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
Children Reductions
a) On tours children under 4 years participate free of charge. Children 4 to 12 years pay the specific showing price on every tour/cruise.
b) On all air and sea tours and cruises, reductions adhere to the policies followed by the specific air carrier and/or cruise line used.
Hotel Accommodation
During our tours, we make every effort to use 4 or 3* hotels, as classified by the Greek Government.
All the hotels used on our tours have private facilities.
It is understood that prices indicated for each tour are per person, sharing a double room.
There is a different price supplement for sole occupancy, and if a single room is available.
The per-person cost in a triple room is the same as in a double.
Meals
As specified in each tour. It is understood that half-board means continental breakfast and one main meal daily (usually dinner) and full board means continental breakfast and both lunch and dinner.
Transfers
As specified in each tour, including porterage 2 medium-sized suitcases per person.
Guides
As mentioned in the description our tours are professional guides licensed by the Greek government. In the case of a force majeure (strikes, etc.) we reserve the right to use tour conductors instead of guides or to distribute literature describing places visited on our tours.
Itineraries
As specifically mentioned in each tour. In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itineraries.

The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances will “Hop in Sightseeing” be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known, or otherwise): an (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of www.hopin.gr regardless of the form of action.
“Hop in Sightseeing” in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation, or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
Furthermore, “Hop in Sightseeing” accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation, or for any misadventure or casualty, or any other causes beyond their control.
“Hop in Sightseeing”’s content – including the information, names, images, pictures, logos, prices, dates, and availability regarding or relating to “Hop in Sightseeing”, www.hopin.gr is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
At “Hop in Sightseeing” we check and recheck the details about all the products and services we offer for accuracy. However, “Hop in Sightseeing” does not warrant that functionality, content, or information contained on www.hopin.gr will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that www.hopin.gr or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or bugs.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable because of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Lost Items
Small articles, coats, wraps, umbrellas, cameras, handbags, and any other items that are carried on a motorcoach / Cruise Ship are entirely under the care of the passenger who is cautioned of the risk attached to these being left in conveyances.
Every effort will be made to retrieve lost or forgotten items; however, “Hop in Sightseeing” / and its agents, in no way can be held responsible if such items are not retrieved.
Responsibility
“Hop in Sightseeing” acts as an agent for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services, and all terms and conditions under which means of transportation or other services are offered or provided, and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further condition that “Hop in Sightseeing” and its agents (in Greece and abroad shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or other services for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect of any person or property howsoever caused or arising or to be otherwise responsible for any damages for any other cause whatsoever.
Airlines and/or Cruise Ship / or Ship lines are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or ship. The passenger’s ticket in use by the airlines or ship lines when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline/ship line and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger.
Some Important Note
In Athens, a pick-up service is operated from most hotels with motor coaches. Participants must advise “Hop in Sightseeing” of their desire to be picked up from their respective hotels either at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance of tour departure.
Luggage
It is strongly recommended that participants take with them only one suitcase. All hotels in the Athens area have facilities for safekeeping extra pieces of luggage for their clients.
Insurance
Our passengers are covered against injuries while on motor coaches or ship liners by the owner companies. For baggage, as well as any other form of insurance please arrange it individually.
Clothing
Clothing during the tour is casual.
Admission to Monasteries and Churches visited on our tours is not allowed to gentlemen wearing shorts and ladies wearing trousers, shorts, short skirts, or blouses not covering the shoulders.
Extension of Stay
Passengers may extend their stay in the majority of places visited on our tours provided “Hop in Sightseeing” has been notified in advance. On motorcoach tours, passengers only need to pay for their additional hotel accommodation. Extensions in connection with cruise and sea tours are subject to the regulations of the shipping companies concerned.
Content
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site through hacking, password mining, or any other means; use the Site or any Site Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature (collectively, “Viruses”); use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site; make excessive traffic demands; use the Site to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the site or site Content; remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of Site Content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Site.
