What to Expect in the 8 Days Tour Package
DAY 1 – Arrival to Athens City, Greece
Arrival to the airport of Athens “Eleftherios Venizelos”. Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2 – Athens Full Day City Tour to Acropolis and Museum with Visit to The Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion
Departure in the morning from your hotel to discover Athens City, on this live Guided tour and visit Parthenon at the top of Acropolis of Athens, the world famous New Acropolis Museum and the well know Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion.
Admire the beauties of all important historical and monumental sites such as Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro), Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Handrian’s Gate while listening to the fascinating stories of our Professional English Speaking Guide who leads you through the tour. Witness the unique ritual of Change of the Guards who guard the Monument of the Unknown Soldier in front of Greek Parliament (Ex-Royal Palace).

Day 3 – 1 Day Cruise to 3 Islands
A day of fun and relaxation on the 1 Day Cruise to Hydra Island, Poros Island and Aegina Island enjoy an Open Lunch Buffet and Greek Folklore Show on board one of our Luxurious Cruise Ships main lounges or relax at one of many open decks. Explore this picturesque Islands on your own and relax like locals do in one of the numerous traditional “kafenion” on the islands.

DAY 4 – Start the Classical Tour to Epidaurus, Mycenae, Nauplion, Olympia, Delphi and Meteora
Discover Greece’s most important Archaeological Sites. First stop the magnificent Corinth Canal. Continuing for the Archaeological Site of Epidaurus and visit of the famous Epidaurus Ancient Theater well known for its remarkable acoustics. Look around the picturesque Nauplion City.
Admire at Mycenae Archaeological Site the famous Lion’s Gate and the Tomb of King Agamemnon. Then depart for Ancient Olympia Archaeological Site through Central Peloponnese and the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis. Arrive at Ancient Olympia Archaeological Site, the birthplace of the ancient Olympic Games. Dinner at the Hotel.

DAY 5 – Ancient Olympia Archaeological Site – Rio Antirion – Delphi
Visit of the Ancient Olympia Archaeological Site with the sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium. See the spot where the torch of the modern Olympic Games is lit and the Museum of Ancient Olympia Archaeological Site.
Drive on through the plains of Ilia and Achaia until the magnificent bridge that crosses the Corinthian Bay from Rion to Antirion, considered to be the longest and most modern in Europe. Pass by the picturesque towns of Nafpaktos and Itea, finally arrive to Delphi Archaeological Site. Dinner at the Hotel.

DAY 6 – Delphi Archaeological Site – Kalambaka
Admire the Museum of Delphi Archaeological Site with the famous bronze Charioteer, the statue of Antinoos, the athlete Aghias and the Delphi Archaeological Site in which you will be astonished by the Ancient Sanctuary and all the renowned ruins of the “Opals” (Navel) of the Ancient world.
On the way to Kalambaka, drive through Amphissa, Lamia and Trikala. Dinner at the Hotel.

DAY 7 – Meteora Monasteries – Athens City
Built on top of Rock Towers the breathtaking Meteora Monasteries provide fantastic views over the plain.
On the way back to Athens City pass via Thermopylae and Kammena Vourla.

DAY 8 – Athens City – Day of Departure
Enjoy your last free Day in Athens City. Depart from the hotel, according to your flight details to the Athens Airport.
