When purchasing tickets, I explicitly stated I only wanted the beach route and not the city route. I asked how often they pick up at the beaches and was told every 15 minutes. Other buses mentioned every hour, so I asked for clarification, reiterating I meant the beach area only. She confirmed again, every 15 minutes. Based on this, I chose this tour bus.

At the bus stop, I was told the bus wouldn't arrive for another 30 minutes. I asked about the 15-minute interval and was informed I was misinformed, and pickups were every 20 minutes, yet here I was, waiting for 30. When I asked about return pickups from the beaches, I was told every two hours. By now, I was pretty upset. The person I spoke with was rather rude and dismissive, almost bringing me to tears.

At the transfer spot, I had to wait another 50 minutes before the bus to the beaches arrived. It was super crowded with all three bus lines there simultaneously. I went to Astir Beach (€10) and Vouliagmeni Lake (€17), both beautiful spots. The lake had Garra rufa fish that exfoliate the skin.

Taking the last bus of the day back, I arrived 8-10 minutes before departure. The bus arrived 25 minutes late, meaning I waited about 35 minutes in the hot sun. Traffic was slow and crowded on the way back. The driver was friendly, and we had a nice chat.

Despite being given incorrect information and misled, I made the best of the situation. However, I suggest choosing another line for your HoHo experience.

Was walking with the family in Athens and came upon this office. Very polite staff and gave us a solid experience. Did not pay for my two infant kids at all. Great services.
