2-Day Delphi & Meteora Tour from Athens

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] and confirmed by Hop In Sightseeing.

• 10 days or more before departure: Full refund
• 5–9 days before departure: 50% refund
• 0–4 days before departure or No Show: No refund

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that a €15.00 bank transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount in all refund cases.

Change of booked departure date: Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 2 days before the scheduled departure date. A €35.00 administration fee per booking applies to all booking changes.

All changes are subject to availability.

Round-trip hotel transfer service is available for this tour.

• During the booking process, select your hotel from the list. Your exact pick-up point and time will be confirmed after booking.
• If your hotel is not listed: we will contact you by email with the nearest available pick-up point, the pick-up time, and any additional charge that may apply.
• If you have not booked your hotel yet: after booking your accommodation, please email the hotel name and full address to [email protected]. We will then send you the pick-up details and inform you of any additional charge that may apply.

• Complimentary hotel pick-up is available between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. from most hotels in the Athens area. Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking.
• Return to your original pick-up point on the 2nd day at approximately 7:00 p.m.

The tour includes an overnight stay in a 3-star hotel in Kalambaka, with dinner and breakfast included.

If you would like to upgrade to a 4-star hotel, please select the upgrade option during booking. Upgrades are subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.

The climate resilience fee not included and is payable directly to the hotel.

• Booking confirmation will be sent by email immediately after successful booking.
• The tour includes walking at the Delphi Archaeological Site and the Meteora Monasteries, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
• The Delphi Archaeological Museum is not included in this tour.
• Appropriate clothing is required for entry to the Meteora Monasteries. Women should wear a skirt below the knee, and men should wear long trousers.
• Dinner and overnight accommodation in Kalambaka are included on Day 1, followed by breakfast at the hotel on Day 2.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Infants must sit on an adult’s lap during the coach journey.
