• 10 days or more before departure: Full refund
• 5–9 days before departure: 50% refund
• 0–4 days before departure or No Show: No refund

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that in all refund cases, a 15.00€ bank transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Change of booked departure date: Must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 2 days before the scheduled departure date. A 35.00€ administration fee per booking applies to all booking changes.
All changes are subject to availability.

• There is a Pick-up Service from 02:00 – 03:00 P.M. free of charge from the majority of The Hotels in the Athens area
• The Departure Time is 03:00 P.M. from Our Bus Terminal 44, Leoforos Vasilissis Amalias (Avenue), 105 58, Athens
• The Return Time is at 06:30 P.M. (Approx.) to the Original Pickup point
